Grand Design Rv - Unable to open door

Unlocked door went in to drop off food, left key on table. Left to sit outside and when tried to enter unable to open door. U nable to reach support after hours. The grand design we bought in Dec. 2019 is a lemon.

No response from customer service after phone calls and emails to them.

We've had nothing but trouble with this trailer and now have to take it 150 miles to the dealer for repairs due to an electrical problem. Full blown buyers remorse!!

Replace RV with like kind RV

Grand Design Rv

The issues were not resolved. Grand Design indicated that I could bring the RV to IN (which is over 500 miles away from me) for them to make the repairs. I was and are currently doing cancer treatments and could take it there drop it off, return home, then go back and get it when they finished. I have requested this RV be replaced with a like kind model and they refuse indicating this RV is not a lemon. Take a look at the prior review and the list of isses we've had and you decide if it's a lemon.

We have and had issues with our 2016 RV that was purchased brand new. Some items have been repaired but others have not.

They requested we bring the RV 500 miles from our house to the manufacture to be repaired. I can't do that because I'm having cancer treatments.

We requested this RV be replaced because of the long list of items that are/were defective. They indicated this RV is not a lemon.

Grand Design has made every effort to resolve any issue we have had with our trailer. They back their product unlike any other manufacturer in the industry.
