Customer representative did all he could do. My problem was my tankless water heater went out after 14 months.
It was out of the manufacturer warranty. It appears there have been a lot of problems with tankless water heaters.
I wish Grand Design could offer an extended warrants on appliance. Just a hard pill to swallow paying for repairing something on a travel trailer this expensive when the trailer is just over a year old.
Problem with jacks. she identified the likely problem almost immediately and solved it with offer to get more service answers if necessary
