We purchased a 2018 Grand Design Reflection in August. We noticed a couple minor problems when we picked it up, trim falling off in the closet and speaker cover missing.

We got it back to our campgound and noticed we had problems with running the hot water on propane. Called the dealer, still waiting on a response. This trailer isn't two weeks old. Noticed a crack in the chair , damage to the leather recliners, missing parts and drawer slides are comletely missing.

( not sure how this wasn't seen in the pdi) now the themostat isn't working properly.

we love the layout and the style. We are still hopeful the dealer will work quickly on fixing the problems.

We bought a Grand Design RLS Reflection in June 2018. The flaws we had include a toilet valve leak, *** in the awning, a torn belt in the electric fireplace, a pinched gas line to our stove resulting in only one burner at a time being usable,wood trim fell off the trim around one of the slides, a stuck open black water drain valve and a broken hinge on the outside kitchen cabinet.There were a couple other minor problems.

Warranty covered these things.

The DVD player seems to disconnect briefly during playback but this has not been fixed. We like the camper but are getting worried with "what's next?" now that warranty has expired.
